I hereby declare that I am a dance teacher, 18 or more years of age, and wish to become a member of DTU. I promise to employ ethical standards in my teaching and will strive to uphold the dignity of the profession. I agree to the pay the annual membership fee of $65. Annual dues are to be paid by January 31st to maintain a membership in good standing. If accepted as a member, I promise to adhere to DTU’s high standards and to conduct myself in such a manner that I will be an inspiration to others. I promise to respect the ideas and purposes of Dance Teachers United and to cooperate with the Officers of the organization.
